2. Increase Process Engagement through Gamification Make the process itself more engaging β not just endurable. Track streaks, create challenges, introduce variety, build in milestones and celebrations. When the process has its own rewards, discipline costs less.
3. Reduce Process Friction through Environmental Design Remove obstacles between intention and action. Lay out your running shoes the night before. Keep healthy food at eye level and unhealthy food out of sight. Make the desired behaviour the path of least resistance.
